Well you may have noticed our site was Under Construction for an extended period of time. Here’s the TLDR version- I changed website providers and things DID NOT go smoothly. I had to rebuild much of the site and decided to finally carve out some time last week to just sit and get it done.
We are fresh off of one of our favorite festivals- Burning Foot in Muskegon, MI! If you like enjoying a beer on the beach and listening to some great music, this festival is for you! They just celebrated their 10th Anniversary and we had the privilege of being right in front of the massive sand sculpture which was built to commemorate the occasion. It was really cool to watch it take shape and I was able to get this picture of it with the sunset in the background.
We setup the night before so that we would be able to enjoy the beach an extra day. We were in good company with Unruly Brewing on one side of us and Ludington Bay on the other. One of my favorite things about this festival is that you can tent camp right on the beach!
We spent the next few hours enjoying some great beers and camaraderie with fellow craft beer lovers. We ended up running out of beer before the headliner (Pop Evil) took the stage, so we got to enjoy the concert. Overall, the festival was a great success and we are looking forward to the next one this weekend- Corks and Kegs at Binder Park Zoo!
