First off, I want to say Wow!
The support from everyone has been absolutely overwhelming- in a good way! Some of you have been asking some really good questions about my plans for starting out. I took this opportunity to build an About Us page that addresses most of these questions.
The most challenging question to answer is “When?” and the best answer I can give is “longer than we’d all like”. Thanks to COVID-19, nearly all construction in the state has been put on hold and work on the brewing barn has slowed to a crawl. There are only so many things I can DIY given my equipment, time and skillset. Some of the larger renovations will unfortunately remain beyond my reach until this all blows over.
That all said, we continue to make progress! I hope to put out a post towards the beginning of next week, the picture here is a teaser of what’s to come. Stay well and keep hydrated!
